The C Tiffin

So what can we have in “C” Tiffin

CUTLET,

CREAM-ROLL,

Cookies

cake piece

a cinnamon roll

Cashews

cucumber + carrot + cabbage sandwich

Another good options are chowmein or mung dal chila/ batter cake, also you can keep coconut barfi and cham cham as coconut is a very healthy and tasty thing.

Will share the recipe of Cutlet which is easy to make and delicious Indian snack a hit in tiffin boxes. This cutlet I use for eating individually also it can be used for burgers or even making chats of cutlet aka Tikki in Hindi. Filled with loads of veggies, of course, it’s mommy’s favorite

METHOD

First cook the potatoes, mash them and keep aside. Chop the carrot, beans and boil it for say one or two whistles along with the peas. Pressure cooking the veggies make them soft and easy for kids to chew. Remove any excess water and keep aside.

Now, in a mixing bowl or plate add the mashed potatoes, boiled/ cooked veggies, coriander, and mint leaves, red chili powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, salt, amchur powder, add bread crumbs if needed.
Now altogether mix all the ingredients except outer covering of rava and oil. Divide the mixture into equal sized balls as per your requirement.

Now lightly roll or press the cutlets on rava/sooji/semolina just to form a layer on top.
Turn the cutlet and make sure that the other side of the patty is also covered with semolina evenly.  Shallow fry the patties until both the sides of the cutlet turns golden brown by flipping. Once done remove from the oil and place on a tissue or paper towel to remove excess oil. Shallow fry the remaining cutlets similarly.
Pack them in tiffin once the steam is gone with ketchup.

Just keep cinnamon roll along with these cutlets
