Ep 13 – Green Talks with Panchtatwa Girl Ft. Upasna Sethi aka Come back minimalist

Minimalism is the process of identifying what is essential in your life and

having the courage to let go of the rest.

I got a chance to watch a thought-provoking documentary called ‘The Minimalists: Less Is Now’  on Netflix. Released in 2015 and directed by Matt D’Avella. Everyone has that one item in their drawers that serves no real purpose, but never finds itself in the garbage bin. For many, it isn’t just one item. Believe it or not, most of us are hoarders to some degree. “We love stuff,” author Dave Ramsey says in the documentary The Minimalists: Less is Now, and we can’t disagree with the statement.

Minimalism of course is a trending word. Minimalism is a simple, waste-less lifestyle. In this episode of Green Talks we have Upasna Sethi A Minimalist Coach who follows her passion and help others to live a life they wish for by Decluttering and simplifying all areas of Life. She is founder and host of india’s first minimalist podcast – come back minimalist and you can check her insta handle too for more minimalist views. She also has a whats app wardrobe decluttering group, and clubhouse group too on minimalism. And she has to her credit a book titled – A-Z of minimalism.

Minimalism

Minimalism has become a popular practice in recent years. When you live as a minimalist, you strive to only use things that serve a purpose. It’s about living simply and having only what you need to go about your daily life. Likewise, It is a part of the thought process how a person chooses to live with all the minimal things in life and yet be satisfied.
