Green Tatwa Talks Ep 49 – In conversation with Asmita Deoghare (Earth Angel)

“The garden reconciles human art and wild nature, hard work and deep pleasure, spiritual practice and the material world. It is a magical place because it is not divided.” —Thomas Moore

In a world overflowing in excess, where fast fashion rules our minds and disposable products pile up like mountains, a quiet revolution is brewing. It’s not a movement fueled by anger or protest, but by a gentle whisper of awareness — the whisper of minimalism. A minimalist lifestyle involves intentionally living with fewer possessions and focusing on only the ones you need. This can be a good choice if you want to cut back on spending, reduce distractions, or feel less overwhelmed by clutter. Some tips for living a minimalist lifestyle include purging, digitizing photos, and not buying anything new for a month. Minimalism results in mindfulness with less at disposal, a decluttered lifestyle, and conscious choices. This sustainable living, not only heals our souls but heals the planet too.
