T is for Trees

 Trees our very own natural green source of life on earth. It’s nature’s greatest gift to humankind.
Trees are our best friends.
Have you ever spoken to a tree, try, its stress reliever.
Every part of the tree is important be it Leaves, Fruits, roots, wood, bark etc.
Wood is used for furniture, boats, ships etc.
We get medicine, fuel, raw-material and above all the most important thing Oxygen.
Spices, rubber, Oils, and many similar natural products are a gift from trees, that’s why they are called Green-gold.
they are the lungs of this Earth, this nature
Directly or indirectly trees only provide us our basic necessities like air, water, food, clothing, shelter etc.

Planting trees helps us from floods, global warming, fresh air.
So plant a tree on every occasion you get, it will not only save you but future generations to come will also be benefited. Let’s plant more and more trees and make this planet a better place to live.

This tree line was captured near my house and me so glad to have such beauty around me.
In Bhagwad Gita Krishna says that our world is like banyan tree which has its roots upward and its branches down and whose leaves are the Vedic hymns.
The importance of trees is also been described in Ramayana and Mahabharata. This indicates that Indians from Vedic time had a great bonding for trees.

Trees are of varied size and shapes, varied colors and shades. We in India worship them is various forms, days and occasions.
Banyan tree, Mango tree, Peepal tree, neem tree all are worshiped in various ways and for various reasons.
