But if major and big players come together a solution can certainly be worked upon.

Energy efficiency is about using technology that requires less energy to perform the same function. For example – Using a (LED) light-emitting diode bulb or a (CFL) compact fluorescent light bulb certainly requires less energy than an incandescent light bulb to produce the same amount of light by using 75 to 80 percent less electricity.
